Hmmm...I was watching the National Geographic channel and there was an ad about kissing
it said that kissing is good for us because....
1. it boosts self esteem

Hmmm...I was watching the National Geographic channel and there was an ad about kissing
it said that kissing is good for us because....
1. it boosts self esteem

2. it's cardiovascular exercise.
When kissing is exciting; your heart is pumping, pulse is racing. This means more blood is being pumped around out body and also releases adrenaline to the bloodstream.
3. it help lose weight
Long kisses can help our metabolism burn up sugar more quickly. it can burn about 1 cal per min.
4. it helps keep us young by slowing down the aging process
When we're kissing, we are using more than 30 muscles and it can help tone our facial muscles which prevents sagging
5. relives stress and tension
kissing sends signal to our brain to tell us we are happy. "Kissing relieves stress by creating a sense of connectedness, which releases endorphins, the chemicals that counteract stress and depression."
6. helps prevent tooth decay
kissing may exchange a lot saliva, this increases our production of saliva and increases our immune system. Also saliva contains something something (forgot) that helps reduce plaque, gingivitis and tooth decay
P.S - oh yeah i heard that hugging is good to. something about nerves sending calming message to our brain etc. look it up yourself! haha (sorry working atm..but blogging at the same time tsk tsk tsk...)
